  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Provide quality assurance and ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and with measurable client impact.
  • Anticipate risks, resolve issues, and maintain high client satisfaction.

Business Development & Growth
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships based on trust and measurable outcomes.
  • Identify opportunities to expand DataCatalyst's services within existing accounts.
  • Support proposal development, presentations, and thought leadership to win new business.
  • Collaborate with partners and vendors in the data ecosystem to identify joint opportunities.

Practice & Team Development
  • Mentor and coach consultants and senior consultants, supporting their professional growth.
  • Contribute to the development of frameworks, methodologies, and reusable assets that strengthen our delivery capability.
  • Help shape DataCatalyst's practice strategy and service offerings.

Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in consulting (professional services or systems integration required).
  • Proven experience managing large-scale client engagements and delivery execution, ideally in data governance, MDM, or enterprise data programs.
  • Strong track record of operational execution management - including program governance, financial oversight, and delivery quality assurance.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage C-level executives and build trusted client relationships.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Strong organizational and detail orientation; able to manage competing priorities across multiple clients.
