In this role you will ensure our valued customers receive products ordered online in a timely manner, all while helping us to continue growth in this area of the business! Responsibilities:
  • Processing, Packing, and Shipping Influencer, Web, Amazon, & Rakuten Orders.
  • Answer Emails in Amazon web messenger.
  • Upload tracking information into the appropriate sites.
  • Transfer stock in Navision system.
  • Order Stock and Shipping supplies.
  • Maintain inventory levels in stores
  • Receive in and E-commerce prep stock to warehouse room.
  • Keep track of pending orders.
  • Report trends in sales and other anomalies.
  • Maintain cleanliness of room.
  • Helping with day to day office tasks.
  • Answer Walmart.com customer calls.
  • Practice and Maintain Warehouse Safety Rules.

Qualifications:
  • Experience with Amazon Seller Central, (and or) Vendor Central, UPS Shipping.
  • Computer proficiency in MS Excel- MS Word- MS Outlook- Power Point
  • Have good organization skills and be detail oriented.
  • Excellent Communication, and Analytical Skills
  • Ability to multi-task and complete assignments within deadlines.
  • Prior experience working in customer service is a plus.
