The Opportunity:
We're looking for a new Partner Success Associate based in Philadelphia to support our clients. You'll be responsible for training, account management and driving revenue through the use of our products. You are a detail oriented person excited to problem solve and turn issues into proof of concept. This is a role that will include remote and field responsibilities - whether it's with a call, zoom or visit to an office you are always there for our clients!
Location: This role is based in Philadelphia
What You'll Do:
  • Service and support existing and newly contracted clients with a focus on Pennsylvania and Delaware operators
  • Perform in-person and virtual presentations with leasing agents, property managers, and brokers onboarding them onto our products
  • Train clients on our platform and ensure full understanding, helping to answer any questions via the phone, email, or in-person with world-class customer service
  • Monitor our B2C referral pipeline and support B2B clients as their residents consider our services
  • Facilitate the closing of deals by checking in with leasing offices
  • Partner with Account Executives and Account Managers to strategize on accounts
  • Meet or exceed assigned quota & KPIs on a monthly basis
  • Collect customer feedback on product, process, and pricing changes and monitor impact
  • Maintain accurate, timely records of all activity in HubSpot
  • Hold site visits with partner buildings across PA & DE with a focus on Philadelphia
  • Help with local in person events
  • Visit our NYC headquarters every other month (2-3 days at a time with company paid travel and accommodations)

What You Bring:
  • You are a self-starter, problem-solver, and excited to take initiative on what's needed for your client and are quick to respond to their inquiries
  • You possess strong presentation skills in front of large and small groups - you can tell TheGuarantors story
  • You have strong networking skills and able to connect with clients at events and on-site
  • You have 2+ years in a training or account management role
  • You work with a sense of urgency, organized, and able to navigate shifting priorities and client requests
  • You are based in Philadelphia and familiar with PA multifamily real estate

Nice to Have:
  • Experience with HubSpot or other CRM
  • 2+ years in the multifamily industry
  • Prior experience in leasing, property management, or brokerage

Base Salary:
The base salary range is between $70,000 - $80,000 annually (with OTE at $120,000 - $140,000 first year)
Base salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including prior experience, expertise, location and current market data and may vary from the range above.
