Summary

We are seeking a highly analytical and motivated Senior Associate to join our Partner Success team. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and client engagement-focused on driving performance, growth, and long-term value for our partners.

As a high-growth, fast-paced organization, we are scaling rapidly and continuously evolving how we support our partners. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable with ambiguity, enjoys building from scratch, and wants to have a direct impact on both partner outcomes and company growth.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Analyze partner performance data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
  • Build and maintain advanced Excel models to track KPIs, financial performance, and operational metrics
  • Support strategic initiatives related to partner growth, retention, and engagement
  • Develop insights and recommendations based on data analysis and present to internal leadership and external partners
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, growth, and clinical teams
  • Monitor and report on value-based care metrics (e.g., cost, utilization, quality outcomes)
  • Help design and implement scalable processes in a rapidly evolving environment
Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of experience in management or strategy consulting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, lookups, modeling)
  • Experience working with large datasets and performance metrics
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in healthcare, especially value-based care, provider operations, or payer-provider models
  • Familiarity with healthcare KPIs (e.g., utilization, risk adjustment, cost of care, quality metrics)
