Job Title: Warehouse Operations Associate (Picking & Packing)
Location: North Carolina (Within 20 Miles only)

Job Summary
We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Associates to support daily order fulfillment and package handling activities. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, following operational procedures, and ensuring timely processing of customer orders.
Key Responsibilities
  • Pick products from designated storage locations based on system-generated orders.
  • Pack and prepare orders for shipment according to operational guidelines.
  • Verify package information and perform quality checks before dispatch.
  • Move packages safely between designated work areas.
  • Load packages for delivery and ensure accurate order fulfillment.
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards within the work area.
  • Perform routine inventory checks and assist with stock audits.
  • Report order discrepancies, damaged items, or operational issues to the appropriate team members.
  • Follow all company procedures, safety guidelines, and quality standards.
  • Support additional warehouse and operational activities as assigned.
