Warehouse Equipment Operator/Associate

Pay: $22.82/hr based on experience

Location: Middletown, CT

Schedule: Full-Time | 1st shift 6am-2:30pm

Job Overview

We are hiring experienced Warehouse Equipment Operators to join a fast-paced distribution environment. This role is responsible for operating multiple types of material handling equipment (MHE), completing order fulfillment tasks, and utilizing handheld scanning computers to track and manage inventory.

*MUST TEST NEGATIVE FOR THC*

The ideal candidate brings strong warehouse experience, a solid work ethic, and the ability to work effectively in a team-driven setting.

Key Responsibilities

* Operate powered industrial equipment to move, stage, and store product

* Use handheld RF scanning computers and navigate multiple system screens

* Perform order picking, packing, put-away, and replenishment

* Load and unload inbound and outbound shipments

* Maintain accurate inventory tracking

* Follow warehouse safety procedures and equipment protocols

* Support shipping and receiving operations as needed

Required Equipment Experience

Candidates must have experience operating all of the following:

* Cherry Picker / Order Picker

* Reach Truck / Reach Lift

* Clamp Truck

* Ride-On Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ)

* Stand-Up Forklift

* Sit-Down Forklift

Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent

* Warehouse experience required

* Experience using handheld RF scanners

* Strong attention to detail

* Reliable work ethic and attendance

* Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills

Physical Requirements
