Job description

Connect Staffing is hiring a Production Worker for a juice and beverage production facility in Fullerton, CA. This is a temp-to-hire position paying $18/hr, Monday-Friday with weekly overtime required. In this role, you will rotate through all areas of the production floor - including batch preparation, case packing, palletizing, labeling, and sanitation - keeping product moving and the facility clean throughout your shift. This position is a good fit for someone who takes initiative, picks up tasks quickly, and is comfortable working across multiple production functions.
Pay:$18/hr
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - Until Production is completed; Saturday availability as needed

Responsibilities
  • Rotate through all production areas including batching, packing, palletizing, labeling, and sanitation as assigned by the lead or supervisor.
  • Support the batching team by measuring, mixing, and staging ingredients for juice and beverage production.
  • Case pack finished products and build pallets to meet shipping and storage requirements.
  • Apply labels to finished goods and verify product information for accuracy.
  • Clean and sanitize equipment, work surfaces, and production areas throughout the shift following food safety standards.
  • Inspect finished products and packaging for defects, damage, or missing items before palletizing or staging for shipment.

Minimum Requirements
  • 6 months of experience in a food manufacturing, food production, or beverage production environment.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in a juice, smoothie, or beverage production facility.
  • Familiarity with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) or basic food safety standards.
  • Experience with case packing, palletizing, or production line assembly.
  • Experience performing sanitation duties in a food or beverage environment.
  • Willingness and ability to cross-train across multiple production roles within the same shift.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish.
