What jobs in the US pay 300,000 a year?

For an Associate Ops role, reaching a $300,000 annual salary typically requires extensive experience, seniority, and often leadership responsibilities in operations, logistics, or supply chain management. Achieving this level often involves advanced skills, certifications, and a track record of performance.

To thrive as an Associate Ops professional, you need strong analytical abilities, organizational skills, and attention to detail, typically supported by a bachelor’s degree in business, operations, or a related field. Familiarity with workflow management systems, spreadsheets (such as Excel), and enterprise resource planning (ERP) tools is commonly required.
