Job description

Adecco is seeking Manufacturing Machine Operator for immediate openings with our client in Bennington, VT. Weekly pay starting at $18.00 - $23.00 per hour and competitive benefits with options such as medical, dental, vision, and 401(k). Apply today!  

As a Manufacturing Machine Operator, you will operate presses, insertion press, and cathode formation station according to the Process Operating Instruction Sheet (P.O.I.S.) and other requirements, perform precise machine setups and changeovers, inspect parts for quality compliance, and record production data on lot traveler tickets.

This position requires a High School Diploma or GED and at least 1 year of manufacturing or related experience. A valid driver’s license is also required. Candidates must be able to read and understand written and verbal instructions, demonstrate good communication and basic math skills, and have the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Mandatory overtime may be required based on production needs.

Available Shift:

  • 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:15 PM (Monday–Friday) 

  • 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:15 PM (Monday–Friday) 

  • 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:15 AM (Monday–Friday)

Pay Details: $18.00 to $23.00 per hour
