Home Surplus is growing, and we need a sharp, reliable Data Operations Associate to help keep our operations running like a well-oiled machine. If you love clean spreadsheets, accurate records, and getting things done right the first time - this one's for you.
What You'll Be Doing
  • Handling paperwork for purchasing, receiving, and sales
  • Managing ERP processing of orders
  • Supporting day-to-day office administration
  • Updating pricing on orders as needed
  • Developing relationships with vendors to understand their timelines
  • Accurately processing orders the first time around

What You Bring
  • Sharp attention to detail - typos and errors don't slip past you
  • Comfortable working with business software and ERP systems
  • Solid organizational chops and time-management skills
  • Self-starter energy, but also a great teammate
  • Admin or clerical experience preferred
