Northern Sales Company, a trusted name in distribution for over 60 years, is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our team in Lakewood, WA. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient flow of goods through our warehouse, supporting multiple divisions, and maintaining high standards of safety and accuracy. Responsibilities- Operate a forklift to safely load and unload trailer vans in a dry warehouse environment
- Assist with replenishing warehouse stock and maintaining inventory accuracy
- Pull and prepare orders for various company divisions
- Communicate any discrepancies or damaged merchandise to the Warehouse Operations Manager
- Prioritize and perform multiple tasks to meet daily deadlines
- Adapt to changing priorities as needed to support warehouse operations
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience operating forklifts and working in warehouse distribution, or a willingness to learn
- Familiarity with forklift safety rules and guidelines, or willingness to learn
- Ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently
