The Associate Configuration Analyst is responsible for ensuring the operational accuracy, readiness, and delivery quality of all game content configurations across providers and markets. They work closely with internal teams, external providers, and market owners to support seamless onboarding, configuration, and release of games, ensuring all content meets business requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Own provider onboarding tasks and maintain strong communication channels with assigned providers, ensuring consistent, accurate information exchange.

  • Review and validate game metadata, configuration inputs, and operational readiness checks for each release.

  • Serve as Market Owner for designated jurisdictions.

  • Coordinate contentrelated queries across Release Management, Integrations, Partner Management, and Compliance to ensure smooth game launches.

  • Track and maintain data accuracy across internal tools such as the roadmap portal and Infinity Gateway; escalate discrepancies proactively.

  • Support onboarding and training activities for new providers, ensuring they understand processes, workflows, and expectations.

  • Identify workflow gaps, inefficiencies, and recurring issues, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across Game Enablement Operations.

  • Collaborate with the team to implement revised JIRA workflows, tooling updates, and process improvements.
