Le programme d'avions commerciaux A220 recherche une/un Specialiste en support outils DevOps et Simulation pour le developpement des Commandes de vol pour rejoindre le departement de Controles Avion base a Mirabel (Quebec, Canada), ou vous travaillerez en collaboration avec les equipes de Developpement des Systemes de Commandes de vol Europeenne base en France et en Allemagne.

Vous ferez partie de l'equipe Developpement des Systemes de Commandes de vol chargee du developpement et de la conception du systeme des commandes de vol primaires et secondaires pour le programme A220.

L'organisation de l'equipe est etablie de maniere a promouvoir la collaboration transversale de maniere autonome, en se soutenant mutuellement et en apprenant collectivement.

En tant que Specialiste en support outils DevOps et Simulation, votre mission sera de contribuer activement au developpement et a l'integration du systeme de vol FBW de l'A220. Ceci inclut le support aux outils DevOps ainsi que le developpement et l'integration d'une plateforme de simulation des commandes de vol. Ce travail est mene en etroite collaboration avec nos partenaires europeens au sein du groupe Airbus, permettant de capitaliser sur l'experience acquise sur d'autres plateformes de l'entreprise.

Vos defis:

  • Comprendre et accompagner les ingenieurs du domaine des commandes de vol en fournissant des solutions rapides et efficaces. Les principaux intervenants seront les specialistes de stabilite et controle, loi de pilotage, concepteurs des systemes de commandes de vol (incluant systeme primaire, systeme hydraulique, actionneurs, systeme high lift),

  • Mener le developpement et l'integration d'une plateforme de simulation pour le developpement et la V&V des logiciels des commandes de vol du A220.

  • Soutenir les usagers du domaine des commandes de l'avion lors de l'introduction de nouveaux outils,

  • Recueillir les besoins de developpement pour le domaine des commandes de vol de l'avion A220,

  • Coordonner avec le Centre de competence (CoC) de modeling et simulation d'Airbus Toulouse concernant les besoins de developpement d'outils pour le domaine des commandes de vol de l'avion A220,

  • Developper et mettre a jour des modeles de simulation dans le cadre d'un projet

  • Proposer ou adapter les processus MBSE pour le developpement dans le contexte de l'avion A220,

  • Prendre en compte l'approche de developpement continue,

  • Assurer d'une implementation et utilisation harmonisee des methodes et outils a l'interieur du domaine des commandes de vol de l'avion,

  • Introduire les nouvelles methodes et outils aux usagers du domaine des commandes de vol de l'avion,

  • Veiller aux evolutions technologies en informatique,

  • Collaborer avec les acteurs internes (Airbus) et externes (contractuels).

Votre profil:

En tant que candidat ideal,

  • Vous faites preuve de proactivite et avez un interet dans l'industrie aerospatiale et l'integration de systeme.

  • Baccalaureat en genie ou informatique (ou l'equivalent) dans une universite reconnue et vous avez plus de 5 ans d'experience.

  • Bonne connaissance de specification, design, integration, test et certification des systemes de commandes de vol et/ou de ses composantes.

  • Experience avec le systeme de commandes de vol primaire ou secondaire du A220 ou equivalent (un atout).

  • Bonnes competences d'organisation et de planification.

  • Experience en simulation, avec le logiciel Matlab et Simulink.

  • Bonne connaissance des processus de developpement bases sur des modeles (MBSE) (un atout),

  • Excellentes habiletes de communication (ecrite et orale) en francais et en anglais.

  • Capacite a travailler dans un environnement d'equipe, mais aussi de maniere individuelle et vous etes capable de gerer des priorites dans un environnement dynamique,

  • Capacite d'obtenir l'autorisation d'acces aux documents sujets au controle des exportations (Export Control Clearance).

The A220 commercial aircraft Programme is looking for an Engineering Specialist, DevOps and Simulation tool support for Flight Control development (f/m) to join our Aircraft Control team based in Mirabel (Quebec, Canada), where you will work in collaboration with the European Flight Control development teams based in France and Germany.

You will be part of the Flight Control development team responsible for developing the A220 Primary and Secondary Flight Control System.

The team organization is established to promote cross-collaboration autonomously, supporting each other and learning collectively.

Your role as DevOps and Simulation tool support for Flight Control development will be to contribute to the development of the A220 primary flight control system FBW. This includes the DevOps tool support and the development of a flight control simulation platform. These activities are carried out in collaboration with our European counterparts within the Airbus Group to leverage lessons learned from other Airbus platforms.

Your challenges:

  • Support the aircraft control systems designers by providing quick and reactive solutions. The main actors are handling qualities specialists, control laws designers, aircraft control systems designers (including primary flight controls, hydraulics, actuators, high lift),

  • Lead the development and the integration of a simulation platform for the development and V&V of A220 flight control systems,

  • Assist aircraft control domain users in introduction of new tools

  • Coordinate with Airbus Toulouse Modeling and Simulation CoC on development needs for the A220 aircraft control domain

  • Capture development needs from aircraft control domain stakeholders

  • Developing/updating models and simulation application according to the planning

  • Propose and adapt MBSE solutions for developments

  • Take into account continuous integration in modeling framework,

  • Ensure the implementation of the methods harmonized within the aircraft control domain,

  • Disseminate the new methods or tools to the aircraft control domain users,

  • Manage relationships with internal (Airbus) and external stakeholders (subcontractors),

  • Maintain a technological watch.
