About the role: As we expand our U.S. operations, we are seeking a Sales Coordinator to support our Tampa-based sales team. The Sales Coordinator provides administrative and campaign support to a team of Sales Executives and plays a critical role in the successful execution of advertising campaigns

 

What you’ll do...

  • Provide day-to-day sales support to multiple Sales Executives
  • Be proficient in various software programs including, but not limited to, Microsoft Office, as well as daily usage of customized software programs used to book and execute campaigns
  • Correspond with sales reps and/or clients daily
  • Prepare proposals, contracts, and contract revisions for client approval
  • Generate contracts for client signature and prepare contract revisions when needed
  • Monitor active campaigns and prepare documentation for upcoming executions
  • Prepare shipping instructions and calculate required quantities
  • Prepare production work order packages for campaigns that will be printed via Pattison Outdoor
  • Prepare posting and traffic instructions for campaign deployment
  • Coordinate with internal departments including Charting, Production, and Operations
  • Perform additional administrative and operational support tasks as required

  • Experience in sales support, media coordination, or administrative operations (preferred)

  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Strong problem-solving and service-oriented mindset
  • Comfortable working with multiple systems and technology platforms
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
