A Brief Overview
Schedule: - First Shift
Pay Rate: $23.65/HR
The Operations Coordinator serves as the primary liaison between the fulfillment center and the retail location for ship-to-store activities. This position is predominantly based on the operations floor of the fulfillment center, providing support to the Team Lead and Supervisor in executing tasks essential for advancing orders through the fulfillment process.
What you will do
  • Using the daily order schedule, the Operations Coordinator releases orders, manages the stage for pack and communicates ready for load status using the Korber WMS. Communicates shorts to the Inventory Control team and building leadership team. Creates flyer tags for shipping, processes Fed Ex store shipments and IPro orders.
  • Prioritizes replenishments based on released orders in process
  • Assist the Team Lead and Supervisor in identifying work imbalances in the picking process so adjustments can be quickly made
  • Supports managing the field inbox for reported issues from FC warehouse and store locations. Responds appropriately and/or forwards the information to leadership for disposition. Monitors and responds to emails pertaining to the order, flow, staging and management of outbound orders.
  • Processes and bills shipped orders. Prepares BOL and shipping paperwork. This also includes interactions with drivers when picking up or dropping off loads
  • Manages pick assignments according to the schedule, investigates and researches order issues. Communicates those issues appropriately
  • Provides updates on UPH, short ships, order fill rate, and other Korber reporting as directed.
  • Prepares and processes vendor breakage claims and maintains claims on file.
  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • Complies with all policies and standards

Education Qualifications
  • High School Preferred

Experience Qualifications
  • 1-3 years relevant administrative experience in a warehouse/DC Required or
  • 1-3 years supply chain experience Preferred

Skills and Abilities
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to work at a physical distribution center
  • Ability to work in a variety of environmental conditions in warehouse and dock areas (seasonal heat and cold in environment that is not air conditioned).
  • Ability to satisfy all Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Requirements as outlined in the Field Supplemental Handbook (i.e., ability to wear safety glasses while working in the distribution center) (High proficiency)

Computer Skills are inclusive, but not limited to, the following:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook
  • Ability to navigate basic computer and/or windows-based operating systems (experience with Oracle and AS/400 software preferred) (High proficiency)
