The Clinical Coordinator in Nursing is responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality patient care within the nursing department. This role involves coordinating clinical activities, ensuring adherence to best practices and regulatory standards, and supporting nursing staff in providing optimal patient outcomes. The Clinical Coordinator serves as a vital link between nursing staff, management, and interdisciplinary teams.

Essential Functions
  • Overseeing nursing staff schedules, assignments, and workloads to ensure adequate coverage and efficient operations
  • Ensuring high-quality patient care by collaborating with healthcare teams, reviewing patient progress, and addressing concerns
