  • Prepare, analyze, and deliver reports on property management efficiency, financials, and assist with government reports and budget preparation.


Job description

Must be eligible to obtain, maintain, and carry appropriate Government credentials. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS 

Facility + Operations Project Management 

  • Input, manage, coordinate, and facilitate all tenant service request projects in Yardi Facility Manager, monitoring for accuracy.
  • Assist with maintenance and upgrades.
  • Provide support to users with questions or problems.
  • Facilitate requests from Chief Building Technicians including but not limited to adjusting maintenance schedules, updating asset information, and changing and/or modifying Building Technician access to Yardi Facility Manager.
  • Maintain team project calendar to include maintenance schedule, projects, after-hours teams and on-call schedule updates.
  • Prioritize services requested and align workload of external and internal resources, including adjusting and redirecting as needed.
  • Manage the customer experience and deliver the highest level of customer service throughout execution of service request projects.
  • Maintain positive communication and exceptional follow-up with building tenants, vendors, contractors, and internal contacts.
  • Ensure timely completion and proper close-out of tickets, ensuring they meet company standards/specifications.

Analytics + Data Optimization 

  • Prepare, deliver and analyze reporting related to property management efficiency and financials.
  • Prepare and analyze report queries requests from Property Management and Operations teams (including Chief Building Techs).
  • Assist with budget preparation for facility systems Operations and Maintenance (O&M) budget lines.
  • Assist with required government reports for Facility Systems.
  • Perform market research, identify trends in tenant needs, and recommend opportunities for greater efficiency.

Vendor Management 

  • Identify new vendors and building services to improve the portfolio.
  • Coordinate and monitor access for subcontractors performing maintenance or repair work.
  • Work closely with Project Engineering team, providing support with project proposals, coordinating escorts, outages, and required documentation.

Facility Security Program

  • Support the Facility Security Program as needed.
  • Includes but is not limited to process initiation and scheduling, visitor requests, briefing coordination, visitor administration, escort services, travel requests, file maintenance, etc.
  • Effectively communicate with internal Assistant Facility Security Officer (AFSO) and Facility Security Officer (FSO) as well as the USG customer

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

Professional Experience 

  • 1-3 years of professional project management-based experience and experience with Government procedures and policies.

  • Minimum of four years experience in Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), Yardi Facility Manager preferred.

Computer Skills - 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc).

  • Ability to easily adapt to new and changing technology platforms.

Pay Range: $58,000 - $80,000
