Operations & Logistics Associate

NextStep Recruiting has partnered with a growing consumer products organization to identify an Operations & Logistics Associate in Dallas, TX. This is an on-site role supporting day-to-day warehouse, inventory, shipping, receiving, and general operational needs. This position is ideal for a dependable, hands-on professional who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and is comfortable balancing warehouse responsibilities with changing operational priorities.

Required:

  • 1+ year of experience in warehouse, logistics, operations, shipping/receiving, or a related environment
  • Ability to manage shipping and receiving activities while helping maintain accurate inventory levels
  • Comfortable lifting 40+ pounds and working on your feet throughout the day
  • Comfortable operating warehouse equipment and machinery, including forklifts and box trucks
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and help resolve inventory or supply chain issues

Preferred:

  • Experience supporting inventory organization and warehouse operations
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership with limited direction
  • Experience coordinating deliveries, supplies, or vendor-related needs
  • Comfortable handling both physical and administrative responsibilities
  • Adaptable, resourceful approach and willingness to assist across different operational projects

The position is approximately 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with a typical schedule of 8:00 AM4:00 PM. Compensation is $22$28/hour depending on experience.
