The Production Analyst supports daily operational execution across the Timeshare business, with supplemental support for Laundry operations as needed. This role reviews schedules, overtime, and labor utilization across all Timeshare sites and partners closely with Regional Directors, Site Leaders, Divisional Vice Presidents, FP&A, IT, and HR to identify risks, correct scheduling issues, and improve labor efficiency while supporting consistent use of Auto Dispatch and related workforce tools.
The Production Analyst does not own assigned sites, but instead provides broad, centralized support to ensure operational consistency, proactive issue identification, and disciplined execution across the organization. This role is expected to move beyond reporting by flagging issues early, clearly communicating what is required at the site level, and following through until corrective actions are completed. This role is based in the Orlando office Monday through Thursday, with Friday designated as a work from home day.

Scheduling Review and Overtime Management
  • Review site schedules daily to ensure alignment with forecasted demand, production standards, and approved shift structures
  • Identify scheduled overtime and potential future overtime risk based on demand, coverage gaps, and scheduling patterns
  • Partner with Regional Directors and site leaders to adjust schedules and reduce unnecessary overtime before it occurs
  • Track overtime drivers and recurring issues and support corrective actions at the site and regional level

Auto Dispatch Support and Training
  • Support daily Auto Dispatch operations including monitoring usage, identifying gaps, and assisting with issues impacting call execution
  • Participate in Auto Dispatch calls and provide operational input to help drive scheduling and coverage decisions
  • Support refresher trainings and follow up with site leaders to reinforce proper system usage and expectations
  • Identify recurring system or process issues and work with IT and Operations to help move items forward when obstacles arise

Operational Analysis and Reporting
  • Analyze labor data including overtime, contract labor usage, call outs, and scheduling effectiveness
  • Prepare clear, actionable summaries for Regional Directors, Divisional Vice Presidents, and Operations leadership that highlight risks, trends, and recommended actions
  • Partner with FP&A to support labor-related analysis, trends, and financial impacts
  • Monitor key operational metrics and track performance over time to measure improvement and sustained results

Labor Efficiency and Cost Control
  • Support initiatives focused on reducing overtime and contract labor through improved planning and execution
  • Identify root causes of labor inefficiencies and work with site leaders to implement practical solutions
  • Monitor results and follow up to ensure changes are maintained

Stakeholder Partnership and Communication
  • Collaborate closely with Regional Directors, Site Leaders, Divisional Vice Presidents, FP&A, IT, and HR to support operational execution
  • Clearly articulate expectations and requested adjustments to site leaders to ensure understanding and compliance
  • Proactively follow up on open items and push actions forward when delays or roadblocks occur
  • Serve as a consistent point of coordination across departments to ensure issues are resolved effectively and timely

Execution and Follow Through
  • Track action items resulting from schedule reviews, Auto Dispatch calls, and operational discussions
  • Follow through to completion, escalating when necessary to keep progress moving
  • Work independently to prioritize tasks, set direction, and manage workload without requiring constant oversight
  • Adapt priorities as business needs change while remaining focused on execution

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
  • High School Diploma required; additional education in Business, Operations, or a related field preferred
  • Minimum of 18 months of experience in an operational, analytical, or workforce management role
  • Experience supporting field operations and working directly with operational leaders

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data review and analysis
  • Experience using PowerPoint and presenting operational information
  • Familiarity with workforce management or scheduling systems such as Auto Dispatch, Mastermind, or similar platforms
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly explain expectations, decisions, and required actions
  • High level of follow up and accountability to ensure tasks are completed
  • Ability to work independently, self-direct, and stay on task without constant guidance
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills in a fast-changing environment
  • Patience and flexibility when navigating changes, obstacles, and evolving business needs
