What awaits you: 

  • Manage and execute projects per Flawless Launch Process 
  • Responsible for the coordination of launch activities, design, build and commissioning, timing of new product lines and
    modifications 
  • Be responsible for successful sampling preparation and launch of equipment, develop and follow up timing plan and
    actions. 
  • Responsible for sampling preparation of other projects, in the local plant. 
  • Create manufacturing system design and PCE sheets for new projects. 
  • Support ECR and ECO process 
  • Plan and managed plant CAPEX. Order equipment on time as planned. 
  • Be responsible and perform PFMEA before ordering tools and equipment. 
  • Ensure participation for Design Review and drawing review  
  • Support regional Industrialization team by defining SOW 
  • Support continuous improvement of existing product lines 
  • Support production issues

What you'll need to succeed: -

  • Technical education (Degree in Engineering, Mechanical, Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering) required 
  • Relevant technical knowledge preferred in Mechatronics, Robotics / Automation, Big Data, and Electronics 
  • Knowledge in defining process equipment & technologies 
  • Product design knowledge a plus - Knowledge in Six Sigma and Quality Management Tools 
  • Microsoft Office product knowledge required 
  • CAD/Solidworks knowledge required
