Responsibilities

Responsible for assisting with supporting the stable operation of the Piedmont Healthcare computer network in the facility to which they are assigned. The person will, with assistance, install, maintain, and document all network hardware, software, and communication links while ensuring minimal network downtime. The primary focus for the Network Analyst will be Local Area Networks (LAN) in the facility they are assigned. The person will also assist in the diagnosis, resolution and documentation of hardware and software network problems in a timely and accurate fashion, and provide end user training and support where required. Trouble ticket resolution and documentation in a timely manner.

QualificationsEducation
  • H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Required
  • Associate’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field Preferred
Work Experience
  • 1 year of IT experience including hands‑on knowledge of the installation, implementation, and maintenance of network equipment Required
  • Previous experience in a hospital setting Preferred
Licenses and Certifications
  • None Required
  • Cisco Certified Network Analyst Preferred
