Role Summary:
Reporting to the Networking & Services Manager, the Services Administrator is a key member of the Networking and Services Team. The Services Administrator is responsible for coordinating contracts and services to ensure effective delivery of services. The Services Administrator may also handle billing, quotation of service projects or do other tasks to support the services team.
Exciting work you will do:
The essential duties and responsibilities of a Services Administrator may consist of some or all, and are not limited to, the following:
  • Collaborate with Service Specialist/Account Managers to create tailored quotations
  • Interpret customer training requirements and facilitate the generation of appropriate quotations
  • Coordinate training for in-person classes and eLearning
  • Respond to service engineer requests and coordinate logistics w/ Service & Network Engineers to satisfy customer demands
  • Provide project management for Service & Network Engineers
  • Maintain support contracts
  • Schedule and host internal automation assessments and customer kickoff calls for Service & Network Engineers projects
  • Maintain Service Fusion project software
  • Administer and maintain Kendall Power App projects
  • Schedule and closeout projects, providing documentation and warranty information for authorized service projects
  • Compile vulnerability and network design documentation for customer readouts
  • Cross Train with Senior Services Administrators and provide back up as needed; be available to locate and schedule Field Service Engineers after hours and weekends
  • Perform other duties as assigned

What you'll need:
  • Work Experience: 2 years' experience working in a sales environment, providing quotations and processing orders
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED
  • Analytics/Computer Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office products (e.g. Word, Excel, etc.); strong problem solving skills; ability to work with Service Fusion Software
  • Organization Skills: Highly organized and detail-oriented; ability to multi-task and shift priorities as needed; ability to work in fast-paced, and continuously evolving environment
  • Cross-functional skills: Strong customer orientation; highly motivated and able to work independently with limited supervision
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Physical, Mental and Visual Skills: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
