Job Description

Ingram Content Group (ICG) is hiring a Credit Analyst to join our team in LaVergne, TN just outside Nashville.   

In this role, you will Monitor credit limits and payment status on a portfolio of key accounts.   You will assist the Credit Manager or Director by providing counsel and support to other department associates on escalated and/or complex issues.  In addition, you’ll perform financial analyses, decision support, reporting, and special projects as needed.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or business-related field or equivalent of A/R related work experience
  • 4 years of credit/collections experience
  • 2 years of work experience that includes interpreting financial statements and preparing cash flow analyses
  • 1 year work experience that includes training and/or coaching others

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of Excel, MS Word, and billing systems

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitors credit limits and payment status on assigned key accounts and resolves collection issues. 
  • Forecasts payments for assigned accounts to be included in company’s weekly cash forecast.
  • Gathers, analyzes and presents data to management to assist in decision-making, including credit limit reviews for significant customers. 
  • Assists Credit Manager or Director with associate training and oversight of workflow, including order releasing, collection activity, reporting and Business Partner notes, to ensure service levels are met and procedures are followed.
  • Maintains familiarity with all aspects of A/R and billing systems. 
  • Assists other team members as needed in analyzing financial data, approving credit lines and orders.

Hiring Salary Range: $58,298 - 72,657. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. It will be determined by factors including but not limited to: the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, geographic location, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
