Job description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and strengthen relationships with established and emerging Medical Experts in Dermatology.
  • Conduct compliant Medical Expert engagements to generate insights supporting strategic business priorities.
  • Facilitate discussions using approved resources to inform marketing and educational strategies.
  • Capture, synthesize, and communicate actionable insights to cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Support peer-to-peer education (expert insights, speaker development, educational planning) and moderate approved educational programs/peer exchanges.
  • Lead/support advisory boards, insight forums, speaker initiatives, and other marketing programs.
  • Coordinate Medical Expert engagement for congresses, society meetings, and external events.
  • Partner across Marketing, Medical Affairs, HCP Education, and Congress teams to execute aligned strategies.
  • Use digital tools and CRM platforms for engagement planning, insight generation, and collaboration.
Qualifications (Essential):
  • Bachelor's degree (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
  • 5+ years in Thought Leader/Medical Expert engagement, field-based/regional marketing, HCP education, MSL/account management, medical communications, or related pharma/biotech role.
  • Reside within the territory (Mid-Atlantic; between Philadelphia and Washington, DC; no relocation).
  • Up to 80% travel; valid driver's license; ability to drive/fly across the territory.
  • Proven compliant relationship-building with physicians and healthcare professionals.
  • Strong understanding of field-based marketing, insight generation, peer-to-peer education, congress planning, and compliant cross-functional collaboration.
  • Strong analytical, communication, facilitation/presentation, organizational, and project management skills; influence without authority.
  • Experience with CRM/digital engagement/insight capture tools; financial/budget acumen; strong compliance and ethical decision-making.
Desirable:
  • Dermatology therapeutic area experience.
  • Cross-functional experience with Marketing, Medical Affairs, HCP Education, Congress Strategy, and field leadership.
