About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and self-motivated IT Support Analyst to join our internal helpdesk team. In this deskside support role, you will deliver hands-on and remote technical assistance to employees across the West Coast, from our Phoenix, Arizona office. You will handle complex issues, ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations, and serve as a key point of contact for our employees. Success in this position hinges on your ability to work independently, juggle priorities from multiple stakeholders, and proactively solve problems in a distributed environment.

Essential Functions

  • Provide deskside and remote technical support for hardware (laptops, desktops, peripherals, printers, etc.), software, and connectivity issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner, following ITIL best practices where applicable.
  • Manage device lifecycle tasks including imaging, deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting using modern tools.
  • Administer user accounts, permissions, and identity management (Azure AD / Entra ID).
  • Deliver advanced support and administration for Microsoft Office 365 services (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, etc.).
  • Perform basic networking troubleshooting (Wi-Fi, VPN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
  • Automate repetitive tasks and improve efficiency through scripting (PowerShell preferred).
  • Document solutions, update the knowledge base, and contribute to process improvements.
  • Effectively prioritize and manage support requests from multiple stakeholders with minimal supervision.
  • Travel occasionally (1015%) to provide on-site deskside support at West Coast locations

Basic Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in a / deskside / desktop support in a Microsoft Windows based small to medium sized business environment.
  • Strong customer service skills and experience, with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage competing priorities effectively.
  • Solid understanding of basic networking concepts.
  • Working knowledge of identity management systems (Azure AD / Entra ID).
  • Experience writing and using scripts to automate routine tasks.
  • Proficiency with Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office 365.
  • Valid drivers license and willingness and ability to travel 1015% within the United States.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced knowledge of Office 365 administration (admin center, licensing, security & compliance).
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune for device enrollment, configuration, compliance, and autopilot deployments.
  • CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-102, MD-102).
  • Associate or Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, a related field or equivalent experience.

Compensation

  • The anticipated Budgeted salary for this position is budgeted at $23.00 - $31.25 per hour.
