YOUR TOP RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Independently resolve routine and escalated technical support requests, troubleshooting hardware, software, application, and connectivity issues.
  • Manage end-user devices through Microsoft Intune, including provisioning, configuration, patching, compliance, application deployment, and lifecycle management.
  • Administer Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, and other SaaS applications, including user accounts, licensing, password, and multi-factor authentication support.
  • Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot technology systems including computers, network printers, VoIP phones, wireless equipment, cameras, and teleconference equipment.
  • Support Wi-Fi, network, server, and infrastructure operations in partnership with the IT Manager and managed Service Provider.
  • Maintain accurate IT equipment and software inventories and create technical documentation, standard operating procedures, and knowledge base resources.
  • Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to IT Support Technicians and end users on technology, applications, and best practices.
  • Support audio-visual equipment for PRM events, including setup, troubleshooting, and takedown.
  • Stay current on emerging technologies and recommend tools and process improvements that support the Mission's technology needs.
  • Participate in devotions, prayers, or other organizational activities that promote a credible Christian witness and lifestyle.

Requirements

WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE

  • Associate's degree in an IT-related field preferred; equivalent experience or relevant certifications may be considered in lieu of a degree. 
  • 2-3 years of experience in IT support, end-user computing, or systems administration. 
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), and Microsoft Intune. 
  • Experience administering SaaS applications and VoIP phone systems. 
  • Exposure to server, Wi-Fi, and network administration in a business environment preferred. 
  • Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, or Microsoft 365 Fundamentals preferred. 
  • Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills. 
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and provide guidance to junior technical staff. 
  • A solid and credible Christian witness and lifestyle that exemplifies Christ in character and actions.
