ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency on January 1st, 2017, and today we’re a strong team of five. As a proud University of Washington alum, I’ve built this office around one core belief: we win together. Whether it’s winning for the office, for our customers, or for each team member and their family, collaboration is the heartbeat of our culture.
What truly sets my agency apart is the unique dynamic of working alongside my brother’s office in the same building and staying closely connected with my father’s agency. With three offices working together, our team has access to multiple sources of training, mentorship, and support. It creates an environment rich with knowledge, diverse experience, and shared success.
Before becoming an agent, I was a team member myself, so I understand firsthand what it takes to thrive in this role. That’s why I’m fully committed to giving my team the tools, coaching, and encouragement they need to be successful—not just professionally, but in life overall.
I also offer health benefits, a strong focus on work-life balance, and reimbursement for licensing costs. If you’re looking for an agency where you’ll be supported, challenged, and truly valued, this is the kind of team where you can grow and thrive.
