Hammer & Nails West Hollywood is looking for the perfect candidate to fill our position as a part time sales associate / Member Concierge. This position is very sales-oriented and is compensated on an hourly and commission structure based on sales! Must be available on Weekends.

We are currently looking for candidates with the following skills and credentials:
  • Salon and/or Gym front desk experience.
  • Sales experience is a HUGE PLUS.
  • Membership sales experience a BIGGER PLUS!
  • Scheduling appointments.
  • Accurately book, change, and cancel client appointments.
  • Utilize computers with skill and proficiency.
  • Maintain a clean; safe, fully stocked, and well-organized work area.
  • Manage inventory accurately.
  • Properly open and close each day according to Salon Procedures.
  • Must be available on weekends.

Responsibilities:
  • Ability to manage day-to-day operations to run a salon.
  • Commitment to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Listen and address customer/employee complaints and concerns.
  • Basic computer skills.
