Acceptable certifying agencies include: ASCP, NCA, AMT, AAB, HHS (HEW) Associates Degree in laboratory science (Chemical or Biological Science) or medical laboratory technology from an accredited institution and certification as a Medical Technologist, Medical Laboratory Scientist or Clinical Laboratory Scientist.
