Location: Seattle, WA

About the Role

We’re looking for a Mechanical Design Engineer / Account Executive to support our growing tenant improvement (TI) and special projects work.

This is a hybrid role for someone who enjoys both designing HVAC systems and working directly with customers. You’ll take projects from initial walkthrough and concept design through estimating, sale, and execution.

If you like variety, fast-moving projects, and having real ownership—this role delivers that.

What You’ll Do

  • Meet with customers, contractors, and property managers to develop HVAC solutions
  • Perform site walks, field measurements, and as-builts
  • Create HVAC layouts and drawings using AutoCAD and/or Bluebeam
  • Estimate projects and prepare proposals
  • Help manage projects after the sale in coordination with operations

What We’re Looking For

  • Background in Mechanical Engineering or HVAC design (degree or equivalent experience)
  • Experience with commercial HVAC systems (TI/retrofit work is a plus)
  • Ability to create HVAC drawings and layouts independently
  • Comfortable working directly with customers
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office

Why Join Us

  • Strong pipeline of repeat TI and special project work
  • Opportunity to own your projects from start to finish
  • Stable, established commercial HVAC contractor

Full-Time | Salary + Bonus

What We Offer

  • Competitive base salary plus performance-based incentives
  • Company vehicle or vehicle allowance (if applicable)
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401K with match
  • Paid time off and holidays
  • Long-term growth opportunities with a stable commercial HVAC contractor

Company Description

HVAC company located in Seattle, WA.
