Job description

Seeking a Fluidics Engineer III with strong laboratory testing and validation expertise to design and develop fluidic systems for foodservice and beverage equipment. This role focuses on fluid control, thermal management, and product reliability within a structured stage-gate development process, collaborating across engineering and non-technical teams.
Responsibilities:
• Perform lab testing, validation, and troubleshooting of fluidic systems, components, and controls
• Support quality initiatives including DFMEA, test planning, instrumentation, and Design of Experiments (DOE)
• Design fluidic and thermal systems using CREO and manage changes in Windchill
• Analyze data and generate detailed test reports with actionable insights
• Collaborate cross-functionally with mechanical, electrical, software, and manufacturing teams
• Develop system specifications ensuring performance, reliability, and manufacturability
• Apply structured problem-solving methods (8D, A3, DMAIC)
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Biomedical, or Mechatronics Engineering
• Strong knowledge of thermodynamics, fluid dynamics, and electromechanical systems
• Hands-on experience in laboratory testing and validation
• Proficiency in technical documentation and cross-functional communication
• Experience with Matlab, Python, or LabVIEW (preferred)
• Familiarity with stage-gate product development and quality engineering principles
