Digital Marketing Analyst
Reports to: Director of Marketing
Department: Sales & Marketing Department
Overview: Primarily accountable of key digital marketing initiatives and data. This role is responsible for producing and managing our content calendar, social networks, marketing KPIs, customer survey data, enewsletter, and creating automated email campaigns. Other responsibilities include monitoring and reporting on digital ad campaigns, SEO maintenance, photography, Evans' e-store, and internal communications. Other projects will be assigned on an as needed basis.
Responsibilities:
Email Marketing: Executes email communications including monthly newsletter, targeted campaigns, and automated campaign set-up. Maintains lists and generates reports from sales database. Manage contacts from web leads and unsubscribes.
Content Marketing: Contributes at least (3) pieces of content per monthAssists in topic generation and manages social media calendar. Tracks and reports on content performance and ROI from email marketing software and social media. Identifies areas for improvement.
Sales & Marketing KPIs/Reporting: Tracks and reports on key performance indicators in sales and marketing from social media, GA4, sales database, SEO tools, etc. Provides annual report that compares analytics year-over-year. Manages the Databox dashboards and presents key data points during internal/external sales meetings. Creates quarterly presentations of customer survey data. Pulls freight activity reports. Draws big picture conclusions and trends from data; advise on new courses of action.
Social Media Management: Manages social media accounts and posting calendar. Responds to inquiries through social media accounts. Identifies avenues to grow audience and engagement performance.
Graphics & Brand Management: Utilizes graphic design software to create and update our branded marketing materials. Produces social graphics, apparel designs, event/facility signage, and web-based facility sheets. Promotes brand consistency in content. Contributes to creative brainstorming.
Website Maintenance: Assists in website maintenance to ensure functionality of Evans website and Evans Eddie intranet site. Contributes to overall design changes and enhancements.Troubleshoot website issues. Enhance websites to improve SEO performance. Assists in lead/data management through web forms.
SEO: Implements SEO strategies and improvements to increase KPIs. This includes monthly site crawls within SEO tools to optimize website performance. Contributes to keyword and content strategy to increase search rankings.
AI Marketing Tools: Integrate AI tools into marketing operations including content development and research, SEO, email and web copy, data visualizations, project management, social media copy, and industry research.
Marketing Materials: Assists in creating and managing marketing materials with the expressed goal of providing more information for customers, driving sales, or assisting sales team during the sales process.
E-store: Inventory management of Evans' online store featuring branded apparel for employee appreciation. Includes tracking training and attendance points, planning and executing pop-up shops, signage, photography, ordering and designing apparel.
Google Advertising: Creates and strategizes digital advertising campaigns with an emphasis on Google Ads. Also, responsible for monitoring and reporting on the performance results of the ads.
Other Skills and Abilities:
Organizational skills required
Excellent oral and written communication skills required.
Computer skills with the ability to learn and apply a variety of different software programs including CRM databases.
Photography and video editing skills are a plus.
Training and experience with word processing, presentation graphics, and database software.
Typing, grammar, and letter writing skills required.
Experience utilizing AI tools in marketing operations.
Knowledge of logistics, supply chain or warehousing is a plus.
Analytical skills required.
