Reporting to theDirector, Sustaining Engineering & Flow Lab,theFlow CalibrationSupervisoris responsible formanaging associates inflow lab calibrationrelating to Propellor, Electromagnetic, & Differential Pressure metering technologies. Leads the team through prioritizing and assigning work andmonitoringthe successful completion of scheduled tasks. Has advanced knowledge and understanding ofcalibrationprocess.Is responsible forensuringaccuratecalibration, regulatorycomplianceand the on-time delivery of flow meters.

This position is part of theSustaining EngineeringlocatedinHemet,CAand will beonsite, with occasional travel to the lab basedinPorterville.

In this role, a typical day will look like:

  • Supervise daily flow laboratory operations, including flow meter testing, calibration, and verification.

  • Create and drive new processes for quality and efficiency, continuousimprovement.

  • Ensure all metrology workcomplies withestablished procedures, quality system requirements, and applicable laboratory standards.

  • Identifyquality issues, lead investigations, and support corrective and preventive actions.

  • Own and drive on-time delivery (OTD) performance for calibrated flow meters by planning work, balancing capacity, and addressing constraints.

  • Coordinate schedules and priorities with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, and Customer Service.

  • Drives successful completion of VES (VeraltoEnterprise System) events for Flow Technician teams and work areas.

  • Perform experiments or tests which may require nonstandard procedures and complex instrumentation.

  • Records,computesand analyzes test data.

  • Prepares reports and records on calibration, inspection,testingand repair activities.

  • Troubleshoots malfunctioning equipment and makes repairs as needed

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment

  • Demonstrated ability to lead, train, and manage production or technical teams to meet operational and quality objectives

  • Experience overseeing daily operations, workflow coordination, and performance management in a production setting

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate's orBachelor'sdegree in Metrology, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or related scientific/technical discipline

  • Experience working in a flow laboratory, calibration lab, or metrology-focused environment

  • Familiarity with measurement systems, calibration processes, and quality control methodologies

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate's position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.

The compensation range for this role is $85,000 - $105,000 USD per year.
