Job description

Forrer Engineering and Manufacturing (Forrer Woodworks) is a growing manufacturing and fabrication company based in Truckee, CA. Weโ€™re a tight-knit team focused on high-quality woodworking, CNC laser work, and production manufacturing.
We work four 10-hour shifts each week, giving our team a consistent 3-day weekend.
Weโ€™re looking for dependable, motivated individuals who enjoy hands-on work, learning new skills, and being part of a hardworking team. Experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.
What Youโ€™ll Do:
  • Operate woodworking and production equipment
  • Assemble, package, and prepare products for shipment
  • Maintain organization and inventory in the shop and warehouse
  • Assist with CNC laser and fabrication operations
  • Maintain quality standards throughout production
  • Help keep the shop clean, safe, and efficient
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Strong work ethic and reliability
  • Comfortable working with tools and machinery
  • Ability to lift and move materials throughout the day
  • Manufacturing, warehouse, or woodshop experience is a plus
  • Forklift experience is helpful but not required
