Role Description

We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineering and Maintenance Technician for a full-time, on-site position at our facility in Spring Grove, IL. The technician will be tasked with troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal efficiency. Responsibilities include preventative maintenance, diagnosing equipment issues, and supporting continuous improvement projects. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance production processes and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Qualifications
  • Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and repair expertise
