Job description

As a Sales Support Associate, you will provide critical administrative, operational, and logistical assistance to the sales team to boost efficiency and help drive revenue. This role requires strong organizational, communication, and multi-tasking skills.

Responsibilities
  • Manage CRM records (notes, updates, next steps, and pipeline reports), scheduling meetings, LinkedIn prospect communications, preparing/editing presentations, proposals, and other client communications.
  • Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries and schedule meetings/calls; ensure follow-up activities are scheduled and on track.
  • Coordinate shared leads, gathering preliminary information and schedule internal meetings.
  • Research prospects, market trends, track sales quotas, maintain sales materials/library, and coordinate across departments (e.g. marketing campaigns and logistics)
  • Provide administrative support to the team.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in business or related field is preferred
  • Preferred 2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or administrative sales support roles.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), Microsoft Office Suite, and data analysis; proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced high-performance environment.
