Full-Time Leadership Position

Lead One of New England's Most Unique Chick-fil-A Restaurants

At Chick-fil-A Foxborough, leadership is about more than running shifts.

We are seeking a highly capable Manager of Operations who will serve as a key member of our senior leadership team, partnering directly with the Owner/Operator to drive operational excellence, develop future leaders, strengthen culture, and execute the strategic vision of the business.

Located at Patriot Place adjacent to Gillette Stadium, our restaurant experiences unique opportunities and challenges unlike almost any Chick-fil-A in the country. From Patriots games and concerts to international sporting events and community partnerships, our team serves thousands of guests while creating remarkable experiences and meaningful impact.

This position is ideal for a proven leader who desires greater responsibility, ownership, and influence within a growing organization.

Position Overview

The Manager of Operations serves as one of the restaurant's primary leaders and is responsible for overseeing daily operations, leadership development, administrative systems, business performance, and organizational growth.

This role combines operational leadership with strategic planning and administrative responsibilities. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable leading a busy shift, coaching future leaders, analyzing business results, and helping execute long-term initiatives.

The Manager of Operations may be called upon to lead the restaurant in the absence of the Owner/Operator and is expected to operate with an ownership mentality.
