The Opportunity
As a Front Office Strategy Consulting - Sales Strategy Senior Associate, you will specialize in providing consulting services focused on customer sales and service strategies. You will analyze customer engagement processes, develop sales and service strategies, and offer guidance to help clients enhance their sales effectiveness, improve customer satisfaction, and drive revenue growth. As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. Navigating increasingly complex situations, you will grow your personal brand and deepen your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions even when the path forward isn't clear.
In this role within our Management Consulting practice, you will leverage a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems. You will develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is evolving, using reflection to enhance your strengths and address development areas. Upholding professional and technical standards, you will interpret data to inform insights and recommendations, contributing to the firm's overall business strategies. The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
