As an Analytics Solutions Associate in the Global Technology Finance & Business Management myDATA Reporting Team, you will help drive the modernization of analytics and reporting across the firm. You'll work with a diverse team, contribute to high-impact projects, and develop solutions that empower business decisions and innovation.

You will be part of a collaborative, growth-oriented team that values curiosity, initiative, and continuous learning. Your contributions will help streamline processes, enhance data-driven insights, and support the firm's strategic goals.

Job responsibilities:

  • Design, enhance, and maintain analytics and automation solutions using both established and emerging technologies.
  • Support the migration of reporting and analytics from on-premises to cloud-based platforms, ensuring solutions are robust, scalable, and aligned with business needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple Lines of Business to gather requirements, translate objectives into technical solutions, and deliver actionable insights.
  • Create executive-level presentations and dashboards that inform strategic decision-making.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to streamline processes and introduce automation, leveraging AI and advanced analytics.
  • Participate in project management activities, including tracking progress, managing risks, and supporting timely delivery.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development, seeking mentorship and training to enhance your expertise.
  • Demonstrate strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills in all interactions.
  • Show curiosity and adaptability by exploring new technologies and approaches, with enthusiasm for leveraging AI to automate tasks and generate insights.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
  • Minimum one year of relevant experience in analytics, reporting, or data management (internships and academic projects considered).
  • Experience with data visualization tools.
  • Exposure to SQL.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and methodologies.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Experience with data wrangling tools and relational databases.
  • Familiarity with cloud data warehousing and processing platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, Google BigQuery, AWS Redshift, Azure Synapse Analytics, Apache Spark).
  • Exposure to data integration and transformation tools (e.g., dbt, Fivetran, Airflow, Census, Hightouch).
  • Experience with business intelligence and visualization tools (e.g., Sigma, Genie, Prophecy, LLM Suite, Power BI, Qlik Sense, Looker, Streamlit, Plotly, D3.js).
  • Programming skills in Python or R.
  • Interest or experience in AI, machine learning, and automation (e.g., DataRobot, H2O.ai, Generative AI tools).
  • Familiarity with data governance and observability tools (e.g., Collibra, Alation, Monte Carlo, Bigeye).
