Job description

Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Litigation Attorney in Florida (around Orlando) to join our legal team. As an Associate Attorney, you will provide legal services to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in litigation. The successful applicant will be responsible for appearances in central Florida courts, along with assisting on a large docket.


Responsibilities:

  • Conduct legal research to support litigation
  • Provide legal advice to clients with consumer debt
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and opposing counsel
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in relevant laws and regulations
  • Collaborate and support staff to achieve case goals 


Requirements:

Experience:

  • Must have a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
  • Must be licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction
  • Significant experience in litigation
  • Proven track record of successfully negotiating contracts and agreements
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Experience with law office software and tools
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
