Job description

Join a litigation team where collaboration matters, mentorship is intentional, and your growth as an attorney is a firm-wide priority.
The Opportunity
Marshall Dennehey, a leading Am Law 200 civil defense law firm with over sixty years of continued service to our corporate, insurance, and individual clients, is seeking an experienced Health Care Attorney with 2+ years of experience to join a dynamic team of attorneys in our firm's Health Care Practice in our Wilmington, Delaware office.
Our practice is team-based and highly collaborative, offering meaningful client interaction and a clear path for professional development and practice growth.

While you are not expected to independently manage cases from inception through trial on day one, you will work closely with experienced shareholders and associates who are committed to mentoring and skill development. Through hands-on experience, continuous feedback, and individualized goal-setting, you will gain the confidence and capability to grow into full case management at your own pace.
Strong analytical thinking, legal writing, research, and communication skills are highly valued-and continuously refined-within our litigation groups.

We pride ourselves on a diverse, inclusive, and open-door culture where ideas are welcomed, collaboration is encouraged, and attorneys at all levels have direct access to leadership. Our attorneys thrive because they are supported.
A Long-Term Career
Marshall Dennehey seeks attorneys who are looking for a true "forever home." We value steady career growth, internal advancement, and attorneys who want to build lasting professional relationships-while helping others succeed along the way.
In return, we offer:
  • A competitive salary
  • Multiple financial bonus opportunities throughout the year
  • A comprehensive benefits package
  • The firm-funded Marshall Associate Advantage™ Lifestyle Account
  • Long-term stability and a clear future with the firm

Commitment to Diversity

All qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, marital status, veteran status, sexual orientation, genetic information, or any other protected characteristic.
How to Apply
Qualified candidates are encouraged to submit a resume and cover letter for consideration.
Marshall Dennehey does not accept unsolicited resumes from individual recruiters or third-party recruiting agencies.
