$225,000 โ€“ $375,000+

A highly regarded national law firm is seeking an Investment Funds Associate Attorney to join its growing Florida practice in Miami or Palm Beach.

This opportunity is ideal for an attorney interested in representing private fund sponsors, asset managers, family offices, and institutional investors in sophisticated fund formation and investment management matters.

Ideal Background

โ€ข 3โ€“6 years of investment funds, private funds, or fund formation experience
โ€ข Experience representing private equity funds, hedge funds, venture capital funds, real estate funds, or other alternative investment vehicles preferred
โ€ข Experience with fund formation, sponsor-side matters, co-investments, and related transactions
โ€ข Experience drafting and negotiating limited partnership agreements, operating agreements, subscription documents, side letters, and related fund documents
โ€ข Experience advising fund sponsors on regulatory and compliance matters is a plus
โ€ข Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills
โ€ข Excellent academic credentials
โ€ข J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school required
