Job description

Saratoga Medical is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) in Bethesda, MD. The compensation package includes competitive pay and flexible contract work opportunities.

Saratoga Medical is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide professional nursing services in an outpatient clinical setting. The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, supporting clinical operations, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure positive patient outcomes.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelorโ€™s Degree, Associate Degree, or Diploma in Nursing from an accredited nursing program
  • Successful completion of the NCLEX examination
  • Current unrestricted RN license in at least one U.S. state, territory, or commonwealth
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • ACLS certification if required
  • Minimum of one (1) year of nursing experience
  • Minimum of two (2) years of strong current Acute Care Medical-Surgical experience
  • Vaccine administration and monitoring experience preferred
  • Ability to meet all credentialing and compliance requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct nursing care to patients in an outpatient clinic setting
  • Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions and responses to treatment
  • Administer medications, vaccines, and treatments as ordered
  • Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and healthcare needs
  • Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
  • Monitor patient safety and ensure compliance with clinical standards
  • Support quality improvement and patient care initiatives
  • Perform additional nursing duties as assigned

Position Details:

  • 13-week contract assignment
  • Full-time position
  • Monday through Friday schedule
  • Shift hours: 7:00 AM โ€“ 3:30 PM or 8:00 AM โ€“ 4:30 PM
  • No weekends required
  • Off on all Federal holidays
  • Outpatient clinic environment
