Job description

Title: SAP Spartacus/Angular Developer
Location: Raritan, NJ

Job Description 
  • Develop and enhance SAP Spartacus storefronts for SAP Commerce Cloud. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. 
  • Build responsive and scalable web applications using JavaScript, TypeScript, Angular (16/14/10/9), and Spartacus (2211/6.x). 
  • Integrate front-end components with RESTful web services from Java backend. 
  • Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize code for performance, security, and scalability. 
  • Participate in all phases of the SDLC including requirements analysis, development, testing, and deployment. 
  • Work within an Agile/Scrum environment, actively participating in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. 
  • Maintain and improve existing storefronts, troubleshoot issues during SIT, UAT, and production support. 
  • Incorporate best practices around code quality, testing, and documentation. 
Qualifications & Skills: 
  • Experience: Minimum of 7+ years in frontend development, focused on SAP Spartacus and SAP Commerce Cloud. 
  • Technical Skills: 
    • Proficiency in Angular (16), TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3. 
    • Experience working with SAP Spartacus (2211/6.x). 
    • Strong knowledge of client-side integration using RESTful Web Services. 
    • Familiarity with CSS preprocessors like LESS, SASS. 
    • Experience with UI frameworks such as Material UI, 
    • Knowledge of Java, J2EE, SAP Hybris, and Backend integration. 
    • Version control using GitHub, Bitbucket. 
    • Build tools: Maven, Gulp, Grunt, NPM. 
    • Testing frameworks: Jasmine, Karma. 
  • Additional Skills: 
    • Experience working on Agile/Scrum projects. 
    • Expertise in debugging, code optimization, and troubleshooting. 
    • Excellent communication and client interaction skills. 
Certifications (Preferred): 
  • SAP Commerce Cloud Developer Certification. 
  • SAP Certified Associate - Business User - SAP Commerce Cloud
