As an IT Analyst, you will play a key role in the analysis, support, validation, and delivery of technology solutions that help achieve business objectives and support the transformation of our systems.

In our environment, IT Analysts also contribute to quality assurance activities. They participate in test strategy development, the preparation and execution of validation scenarios, and the analysis of test results to ensure solutions adequately meet business needs.

You will join a multidisciplinary team that contributes to the modernization and continuous improvement of a complex application environment while ensuring the quality, robustness, and sustainability of our solutions.

As an IT Analyst, you will be at the heart of our mission.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in the analysis of business needs and the definition of technology solutions tailored to group insurance challenges.
  • Contribute to the understanding, documentation, and validation of business processes as well as functional and technical solutions.
  • Analyze legacy systems, particularly IBM i environments, to support the evolution and integration of solutions.
  • Understand batch processing, data flows, and application integrations required for the effective operation of solutions.
  • Perform code reviews and analysis to support investigation, design, and system enhancement activities.
  • Write and execute SQL queries and various scripts required for analyses and validations.
  • Actively participate in quality assurance activities, including defining test strategies, preparing test scenarios, executing functional and regression tests, and documenting results and defects.
  • Collaborate closely with business partners, development teams, quality assurance teams, and other IT stakeholders in an Agile environment.
  • Contribute to the quality, traceability, and maintainability of deliverables throughout the delivery lifecycle.
  • Participate in modernization initiatives, continuous improvement efforts, and knowledge sustainability within the team.
  • Provide production support and contribute to maintaining application availability on a daily basis.

What Could Accelerate Your Success in This RoleWe Are Looking for Someone Who:
  • Holds a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration (IT profile), or another relevant field.
  • Has a minimum of five to ten years of relevant experience in IBM i environments.
  • Uses artificial intelligence tools proactively, responsibly, and effectively to optimize work, improve deliverable quality, and contribute to the continuous improvement of team practices and processes.
  • Demonstrates a strong understanding of batch processing and legacy systems.
  • Has experience delivering IT projects, performing functional or technical analysis, and collaborating with multidisciplinary Agile teams.
  • Is recognized for the ability to analyze business needs, document solutions, and contribute to the quality of deliverables.
  • Has a solid understanding of quality assurance practices, test case design, and the execution of functional, integration, and regression testing.
