Inventory Planner (Hybrid) – San Juan, Puerto Rico Ubicación: Dorado, Puerto Rico (Híbrido: 3 días en oficina / 2 remoto)???? Descripción del Puesto

Buscamos un(a) Inventory Planner para asegurar la disponibilidad de productos mientras optimiza el inventario en Puerto Rico. Esta posición colabora con múltiples áreas como Ventas, Finanzas, Manufactura y Supply Chain para balancear servicio al cliente, inversión en inventario y objetivos del negocio.

Este rol va más allá del forecast: requiere una persona analítica, proactiva y orientada a la mejora continua, capaz de tomar decisiones basadas en datos.

Responsabilidades

  • Desarrollar y mantener pronósticos de demanda.

  • Planificar y monitorear niveles de inventario (almacén y consignación).

  • Analizar métricas como DIOH, inventario en exceso, aging y scrap.

  • Liderar el proceso de S&OP en Puerto Rico.

  • Monitorear KPIs y recomendar acciones correctivas.

  • Preparar reportes y presentaciones para toma de decisiones.

  • Coordinar transferencias y optimización de inventario.

  • Identificar riesgos y proponer planes de mitigación.

  • Colaborar con equipos multifuncionales.

  • Participar en iniciativas de mejora continua.

  • Utilizar herramientas digitales y AI para optimizar procesos.

  • Cumplir con estándares de calidad y procedimientos internos.

Requisitos

  • Bachillerato en Supply Chain, Ingeniería Industrial, Administración o campo relacionado.

  • Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en Supply Chain / Inventory / Demand Planning / Operaciones.

  • Fuertes habilidades analíticas y resolución de problemas.

  • Excel avanzado.

  • Experiencia con ERP (SAP preferido).

  • Habilidad para manejar múltiples prioridades.

  • Excelentes destrezas de comunicación.

  • Dominio profesional de inglés.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

  • Experiencia con inventario en consignación.

  • Conocimiento de métricas de inventario (DIOH, aging, etc.).

  • Participación en procesos S&OP.

  • Experiencia en industrias reguladas (dispositivos médicos, фарма, manufactura).

  • Manejo de Power BI u otras herramientas de visualización.

  • Experiencia utilizando herramientas de inteligencia artificial.

  • Mentalidad de mejora continua.


Pay Details: $49,000.00 to $93,000.00 per hour
