The Loan Operations team is responsible for loan operations including QC of newly onboarded loans, portfolio onboarding, servicing transfers, and other loan maintenance and projects. This role will involve working closely with the Servicing team members to deliver accurate, timely and consistently high-quality services.
Essential Job Functions:
  • Review loan documentation and QC loan boarding in the servicing system in accordance with boarding policies and procedures with minimal management direction
  • Complete assignments for complex and/or priority clients
  • Manage communication (both oral and written) with internal departments regarding various questions (both routine and exceptions) related to the proper servicing of the client's CRE loans
  • Assist with training and cross training of team members.
  • Regularly review and be familiar with boarding policies and procedures
  • Regularly review and be familiar with any client specific requirements
  • Ensure adherence to internal policies, quality standards, and management direction while meeting contractual deliverables
  • Complete and/or review various loan maintenance requests
  • Demonstrate teamwork by maintaining a professional attitude, proactively assisting coworkers, as well as with special projects, and working overtime, when necessary, to meet client deadlines
  • Assist with incoming and outgoing servicing transfers of loan portfolios or clients
  • Assist with various operations projects and initiatives
  • Board new portfolios for existing and new clients
  • Support Loan Operations team in their daily responsibilities
  • Assist in preparation of various ad-hoc reports
  • Recommend process rationalization and efficiency initiatives affiliated with job responsibilities
  • Such other activities as may be assigned by your manager

Qualifications/ Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree; Preferred Field of Study: real estate, finance/accounting, business or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experienced professional with 5+ years of industry and/or relevant experience, typically at a Senior Analyst or Analyst level role or external equivalent
  • 1- 3 years of experience in commercial real estate, auditing, or data analytics preferred
  • Experience in Commercial Real Estate asset management a plus
  • Practiced in learning new tasks and achieving goals while demonstrating profession behaviors
  • Some leadership experience with small groups or peers is preferable
  • Demonstrate the ability to identify a potential problem or issue and take appropriate proactive action.
  • Advanced knowledge in MS office suite including outlook, excel, power point and word
  • Attention to detail is a must
  • Strong reading comprehension
  • Strong business writing, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment, to think independently and generate quality work product
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet multiple deadlines with minimum supervision
  • Adhere to processes and procedures but suggest and implement improvements when warranted
  • Responsibilities occasionally may require an adjusted work schedule, working more than a traditional 8-hour day, and working evening/weekend hours to meet deadlines

The annual full time base salary range for this role is
$75,000.00 - $115,000.00
Specific compensation is determined through interviews and a review of relevant education, experience, training, skills, geographic location and alignment with market data. Additionally, certain positions may be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus as determined by bonus program guidelines, position eligibility and SitusAMC Senior Management approval. SitusAMC offers PTO and paid holidays, the terms of which are set forth in the program policies. All full time employees also are eligible to participate in various benefit plans, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability insurance and 401K; in each case in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans.
