Responsibilities- Client Management: Building and maintaining relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Policy Administration: Overseeing the issuance, renewal, and modification of insurance policies.
- Claims Assistance: Assisting clients with the claims process, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Sales and Business Development: Identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and converting them into sales.
- Customer Service: Addressing client inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing exceptional service.
- Market Research: Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and competitor products to provide competitive insurance solutions.
- Compliance: Ensuring all activities adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies.
Requirements- Candidate must have an Active Insurance License.
- 2+ years of professional office experience.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer skills, including data entry and experience with multi-line phone systems.
