Job Summary:

The Front Desk Fitness Center Associate is a Part-Time position responsible for greeting customers, ensuring the front desk is supervised during the shift of coverage, and maintaining the gym floor and equipment. The Associate is responsible for signing up membership, collecting fees, maintaining membership and vendor logs, copying, printing, and scanning of important documents - answering phone calls, messages, and emails, assisting with tabling and special events. The Associate will also assist the Fitness Manager, Sr. Associate, and Instructors when needed.ย 

Responsibilities:ย 

  • Greeting customers
  • Supervising front desk
  • Signing up/ Selling Membership
  • Collecting fees
  • Assist on copying, printing, and scanning of important documents
  • Maintaining vendor and membership logs
  • Opening the front desk
  • Answering phone calls, messages, and emails
  • Maintaining the gym floor and gym equipment
  • Assisting Fitness Manager, Sr. Associate, and Instructors when needed
