Their roles may include leading discussion sections, grading assignments, holding office hours, and sometimes delivering lectures under the supervision of a lead instructor or professor. Associate Instructors play a vital role in supporting student learning and contributing to the overall teaching mission of the institution. They often gain valuable teaching experience that can help them in future academic or educational careers.
